The story that introduced the Ghostbusters : West Coast Division to the world, Opening Night. (A Ghostbusters West Coast Division "movie" of sorts) Discuss your thoughts on the project with other fans and West Coast Division staff members.

Hello all, I've only recently stumbled upon Ghostbusters.net and all the other wonderful GB resources and sites on the 'Net. I really enjoy this well thought out and interesting site. My question is this: Does "Opening Night" end with part 5, or is a concluding chapter forthcoming? Is the Ravisher (hope I got the the name of the jackal in a hoodie right) still at large? Cool if he is, I hope the character and concept develops in future stories. Well, my best wishes as you maintain this great concept and site! Regards, Matthew

Part 5 is indeed the final chapter of Opening Night. It's open-ended because, well, think of it as the series premiere of a TV show.

You know what would be cool, if someone knew Flash and animated all five parts of Opening Night. Then it would truly be like a movie.

If you look at the Tobin guide on www.gbwc.tk, it has the info of the Ravisher's status and at the moment he is still at large but his days should be numbered, due for the crap he got my character into in the 3rd opener.

It's always good to have a new fan. I hope you'll check around the board and follow the links to some of the other GBI Franchises, not to mention the main GBI site itself We did have a breakthrough in the Ravisher case back in January (the case file Mummy Dearest ) and hope to find that creature soon. He has at least two lives (Jon Dennison and one patron of the Sanchez Diner) to account for. (Out of character: Be on the lookout for a fan fic title Curtain Call. The Ravisher story will be resolved there )
