And here I was thinking that the falling star we had over our headquarters at 3AM on the 22nd in the bay was a bad omen.
I fished it out of the river and consulted my charts, and my best divinations came up with this meteorite heralding the arrival of something. I'm pleased to see that it was heralding the arrival of a bundle of joy for the Baughs!
I've decided what to do with the meteorite. I'm going to cut and polish it, and fashion it into an enchanted necklace for little Abigail's first birthday. As you know, just about all Belmont gifts are personalized and enchanted. I think the one I have in mind is fitting.
For my very good friend and his wife, Arcane Division sends you a bottle of Chteau Lafite Rothschild Pauillac 1996, a round of Honduran Primero cigars for each member of GBWC to celebrate with you, and a candy assortment for the lady. Enjoy.

She's a bit too busy to get online (I think you all understand) but she wanted to me to say thanks to everyone.

Somehow I dont think a zippo would be appropriate for a first birthday present... So I just got her a plush Hedgehog (sorry, I suck at buying for people under 5 years old). Congrats Fritz and Chelsea!

Frito, Dude, as the father of two adorable little girls myself, I offer my congratulations.
There's gonna be some times which ain't so much fun. LIke when she's screamin' or sayin' "NO!" to whatever you say, but you forget about that pretty quick when you watch them sleepin' or takin' their first steps.
You're in for the ride of your life, man, and you're gonna love (almost) every second of it.

Still trying to decide on a gift myself. Dr. Belmont's is gonna be a tough act to follow. And despite not having any little ones myself, I can only agree to what Eduardo said. It's gonna be a wild ride, but you'll definitely enjoy every second, whether you know it or not.

After a week I'm finally getting a minute to get online.
I'll be brief (for once).
Thanks everybody for their kind words. It means a lot to me.
Vincent, I am positive that your gift is something Abigail will treasure her whole life.
And the plush Stay-Puft, Jason, that was perfect.
