More like GBI in general, but your comment was not that far off.

Yeah but if the guy at the drive thru makes a mistake it doesnt have the possibility of blowing up a few city blocks. All i expect is for vigilance, maturity, efficiency, competency and not to mention a bit of respect.

It's been my experience that in all walks of life except for the military, respect is expected to be earned.

If you think i was referring to me you insult me. I meant respect for the responsibility this job comes with, the respect for your clients, the respect for your coworkers, the respect for the equipment you use.
With the enemies GBI has, it would only take one mess up to give them a foothold to use against us. To instill in the public a fear of us, fear of misuse of the technology GBI posses. Its bad enough that most of the world still doesn't believe in the paranormal (and yes Vincent i realize the necessity for that), but a major disaster could easily turn the public against us across the board. If that were to happen, and GBI was taken out of the picture, who would be there to save the world from the evil that hides in the shadow? The government? Ha! Ive seen first hand how the FBI hides and shirks when theres even a hint of something strange.
Thats why i am how i am, I was given this position as a chance to keep this company alive and going and i am not going to let it fall due to a saturation of immaturity

[glow=blue,2,300]Uh-huh. You're breakin' my heart, Ramey.
Shut up and listen for a second, you pompous desk monkey, and listen good. If you were out there staring the unknown in the face day in and day out, you'd spend your free time cruising for laughs, too, instead of harassing people who are actually trying to do their jobs. Making fun of ourselves, our equipment, our jobs, and each other (all of which are unusual enough to send the average mortal gibbering into the nearest dark forest) is the only way we stay sane. When it comes to our jobs, we are consummate professionals. But from day one of this company's founding, a sense of humor-- something you are sadly lacking --has been our saving grace.
I've done my best to avoid belittling or bickering with you, but I've had all I can take of your holier than thou attitude. Whatever happened in your past to make you this way, you have my sympathies, but PLEASE stop taking it out on people who, unlike you, try to cope with life on the planet Earth in a realistic, rational, and God forbid, maybe even entertaining manner.[/glow]

Rachel, if the humor and immaturity was indeed confined to free time, i would whole heartedly agree with you. However it isn't, and i should not have to waste time combing over case files to prove it to you.
Perhaps i am too harsh in my methods but it seems as though its the only way to get any attention paid to what i say.
And even though i haven't been in the field for a few years now, do not think for a second that i do not know the kinds of things that are out there.
Now if you don't mind this topic has gone way past Dr. Baugh's original intent of sharing the latest declassification. Any further problems or complaints can be communicated to me directly.

[glow=blue,2,300] Hey, Fritz. Nice case file as always, and--
...
Oh. My. G**.
Did I actually...
When did...
I wrote all that?
What happened?
I don't remember what happened... last night... at all.
Oh, geez. I...
*runs off and disappears*[/glow]
