It's been a long time since we've updated, and for that I cannot help but apologize. 2004 was in many ways an even more...eventful year than 2003 (the year we formed) for the Ghostbusters West Coast division.
April saw the Pyramid incident....the case file has been partially declassified.
www.gbwc.net/cc1.html This marked the last case with the GBWC of both John Lipsyte and Dr. Ron Daniels.
May and June saw the recruitment of Leon Hogan, and the beginning of a large incident involving the GBWC, the GBUK, the Home Office, and Gozer. Again, the case file has been partially declassified:
www.freewebs.com/chroniclesofgozerAfter that, some issues arose concerning Client Administrator Chelsea Aberdeen, which forced me to take some personal leave to resolve. About the time that was dealth with in September, Dr. Harness's old enemy Ashram appeared at GBCentral West, causing extensive damage to the facility and several injuries to our staff (The full Case File is still classified at this point)
Well, as of January 1, GBCentral West is reopened and ready for business (minus some minor damage caused by Dr. Venkman's New Year's party
). Our roster, however, has changed.
First of all, for the moment we're going to run a smaller, single team--the North Team/South Team concept will be dormant for the moment.
This is the current active roster as of January 1, 2005:
Active Field TeamDr. Kyle Stevens (co-captain)
Dr. Andy Harness (co-captain)
Dr. Jeff Chrismer
Jeremy Hicks
Dr. Stevens and Mr. Hicks spent the fall in Tennesse with Dr. Harness and GBTN. Dr. Chrismer was undergoing some classified training of a...unique nature.
Mobile AgentDr. Will Ketcham
Both Dr. Harness and Dr. Ketcham will continue to divide their time between GBWC and GBTN.
Headquarters StaffDr. Fritz V. Baugh, CEO
Dr. Williams asked me to assume the role of sole CEO when he removed himself from active duty. Due to my own ongoing rehabilitation from injuries, my field work will be seriously curtailed for the time being (think of me more like Professor X or in terms of Professor Spengler's relationship with the "Extreme" team in New York)
Dr. Nathaniel "Otter" Masterson, Cheif Engineer
Chelsea Aberdeen, Client Administrator.
Dr. Joey Williams, Dr. Roberth Griffiths, Micheal Chad, Leon Hogan, and Peter Kong have resigned from active duty--they are officially listed as Reservists. Dr. Willaims especially hopes to eventually return to active duty at some future date. All would be welcomed to do so.
In addition, we've hired two additional reservists: Dr. Zach La Voy, formerly of Ghostbusters: Chicago Division, and Dr. Jennifer Thompson, new to GBI, but recommended to us by Dr. Venkman himself.
Along with our "relaunch" the GBWC has adopted a new uniform design; it's based off the current GBTN design created by Dr. Harness, Dr. Belmont of Arcane Division, and Ben King of the GBUK.
Jeremy Hicks models the new design:
